Trauma Sensitive Yoga invites participants into a supportive environment to safely engage with their bodies. In this 60 minute virtual session, you will be able to explore yoga shapes and movements at your own pace and in your own time with the understanding that all the forms being offered are completely optional. Sessions will integrate a mixture of physical yoga forms and movements using a chair, other elevated surface, or an open space you are in. You’ll be welcomed to tune into possible felt sensations of your body and make choices based on those sensations, responding in a way that you would like to move.
Newcomers to yoga are welcome and no yoga mat is needed!
